Acceptable Use Policy

1. Content you upload

• Upload only photographs and reference imagery you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload images that identify private individuals without their consent.
• Do not upload copyrighted architectural drawings, plans or renders belonging to third parties.

2. Prohibited outputs

You may not use Mirakl to generate:

• Deceptive renderings passed off as real photographs of existing properties for fraud, listing manipulation or misrepresentation.
• Imagery designed to defame, harass or violate the rights of others.
• Content depicting minors in unsafe contexts, sexual content, graphic violence, or content that promotes self-harm.
• Imagery that infringes trademarks, protected architectural works or cultural heritage sites without authorisation.

3. Technical misuse

• No scraping, reverse-engineering or attempting to extract model weights.
• No automated batch generation that circumvents credit accounting.
• No probing for vulnerabilities without prior written permission.

4. Professional use

Renders produced by Mirakl are conceptual visualisations. They must not be presented as construction documentation, structural analysis, or a licensed architect's stamp of approval. When shared with clients, disclose that images are AI-generated concepts.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is misusing Mirakl — for example passing generated imagery off as real property photography — report it via the Contacts page. We investigate every report and can remove content or suspend accounts.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in output removal, credit forfeiture, suspension, or account termination without refund. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Changes

As AI capabilities evolve, this policy will evolve with them. Material changes will be posted on this page.
