Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

2. Credits and purchases

• Mirakl is billed in credits. One credit costs $0.10 USD. Minimum purchase is 50 credits.
• Credits are consumed when you generate concepts, renders or variations from the Studio store.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
• Orders paid by bank transfer are marked "pending" until funds are received; features unlock upon confirmation.

3. Promotional codes

Promo codes such as first-order discounts may be limited to one redemption per customer and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes cannot be combined unless we say so in writing.

4. Ownership of outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, you own the renders you generate from source imagery you have the right to use. Mirakl retains ownership of the platform, models, presets and interfaces.

5. Your content

You grant Mirakl a limited licence to host, process and display source images and prompts solely to operate the service on your behalf. You represent that you own or have permission to use every image you upload.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use Mirakl for anything covered by our Acceptable Use Policy, including unlawful, deceptive or infringing generation.

7. Availability

We work to keep the platform available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, third-party outages and generative model changes may affect performance.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time from your Studio.

9. Disclaimers

Renders are visual concepts, not construction drawings. Mirakl does not provide architectural, engineering or legal advice, and outputs must not be used as a substitute for professional design deliverables.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirakl's aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
