Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy describes when refunds are available for credit purchases on Mirakl.

1. Unused credits

You may request a full refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Once credits have been spent on a render, concept or variation, the consumed amount is non-refundable because AI inference costs are incurred at generation time.

2. Pending bank transfers

If you selected bank transfer and no longer wish to complete the order, simply do not send the funds — no charge is made and the pending order will expire automatically after 14 days.

3. Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same order or a payment was captured without credits being delivered, contact us and we will fully refund the affected transaction, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Service issues

If a render fails due to a platform error, the credits consumed for that specific generation are automatically returned to your balance. You do not need to file a refund request for these cases.

5. Non-refundable items

  • Credits already used to generate concepts, renders or variations.
  • Discounts applied via promotional codes.
  • Purchases older than 14 days where credits remain unused but the account has been actively used to generate at least one render.

6. How to request a refund

Email us via the Contacts page with your order ID (visible in your Studio) and a short description of the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve concerns faster than the dispute process. Chargebacks initiated without contacting support may lead to account suspension.
