Mirakl SAS ("Mirakl", "we", "us") operates an AI-assisted exterior design platform that lets homeowners, architects and studios generate cinematic renderings of residential exteriors. Our registered contact is available on the Contacts page.

2. Data we collect

Account data

• Full name, email address and hashed password provided at registration.
• Optional company name and role.

Billing data

• Credit purchases, promo codes redeemed, payment method selected.
• Bank-transfer confirmations. We never store full card numbers — card and PayPal/Stripe payments are handled by the processor.

Project data

• Source photographs you upload, style presets you choose, and generated renders.
• Prompt text, parameters and moodboards you save inside your Studio.

Technical data

• IP address, browser and device metadata, pages viewed, timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How we use your data

• To create and secure your account and authenticate sessions.
• To operate the image generation workflow and store your projects.
• To process credit purchases, apply promo codes and issue receipts.
• To communicate service updates, payment confirmations, and — with consent — product news.
• To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data under the following bases: performance of a contract (account, credits, renders), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

5. Sharing

We share personal data only with vetted subprocessors that help us run the platform: cloud hosting, transactional email, payment processing and AI model inference. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Data may be processed in regions outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. Retention

Account and project data is kept while your account is active. Billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

8. Security

Passwords are hashed, transport is encrypted with TLS, and access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure — please use a unique password and enable any offered account protections.

9. Your rights

• Access, correct or export your personal data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated projects.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
